My computer died on me. Either it's the hard drive or something else. Either way, my posts will be limited. Not to mention many spelling errors from writing them on an iPod. I'll have my computer back in two or three weeks.

If it's the hard drive, then it'll most likely be an easy fix, cuz' if the hard drive died all you have to do is replace it and reinstall the os. If it's something else, then.... I don't know. But if you tart it up and it says no hard drive reognized (or something like that) then it means the hard drives dead. Anyway..... ignore that ramble. Hope everything works out fine and you don't lose any important files or anything.

I probably did and I have to finish two essays but I hopefully can do it this weekend with no computer to distract. For now my time is limited and chatango is not iPod accessible

If it's the hard drive and it's not totally, totally, totally fried and you take it to a computer guy, they should be able to extract some of the data, it just depends on how dead it is. And, I'm sorry, I know from personal experience way too many times how much it sucks when comps. die.
