Aki can control electricity as an element. This allows him to frankly be able to hack whatever he likes to to although he has to be very careful with hacking computers with electricity or he may fry them. He can also stop natural electricity although how long is negotiable depending on amount of it he has to deal with. Aki also has the ability to shock everywhere from static powerful to lightning powerful although it takes time to build up enough electricity for anything more than a bit stronger than a severe static shock. The electricity is generally triggered when Aki is irritated or angry although excitement can do it too if he isn't paying attention. He has an albino Japanese fox as a familiar which he takes care of very well and will shock you if you mess up the fox's fur.

HISTORY:

Akio was born the oldest child of a fairly large for a Japanese family family. His mother was half foreigner and it was because of that he managed to inherit her blue eyes. He was a fairly typical child when he was younger if a bit sickly and with an unlucky birthdate. Since his father was a shinto priest, he dressed up Akio in dresses when Akio was younger to try to make Akio less sickly. It actually worked fairly well and Akio was healthy enough to not wear the dresses by the time he was six years old. As the oldest, he was taught all the traditional mythology on youkai and about the traditional capability to use magic when he used his powers for the first time while having a temper tantrum. His mother was surprised by it but his father was fairly pleased.

As the oldest child grew, a lot of things were expected of him. His second oldest brother couldn't use elemental abilities and neither could his sisters as far as his parents knew so he was expected to succeed the shrine. However, Akio didn't want that and kept on trying to find ways out of it. this search didn't end for a while so as Akio grew he actually was quite the musician and not bad at sports. More like in the top fifteen athletes but he was pretty good. Akio's one passion was music though and he got in the top five when it came to music. He wanted to do a career in music but he didn't expect his father to ever let him follow his dream of being a musician so he started to rebel. Everything from picking fights to drinking to dating a lot of females did nothing or at leas this father never seemed to give notice.

But then one of his sisters got into lolita and the other one found pictures of Akio when he was younger dressed in female dresses. So they decided to dress him up and take him out in the dress. He initially fought it then decided why not. That why not led to him actively going out again and again in female dress. There was something so comfortable about being in long sleeved dresses with perfectly immaculate make up and being treated as beautiful even if it was as a beautiful female. At the age of eighteen, just before graduation, he was caught crossdressing. He wasn't kicked out of school, in fact, he barely lost status except for getting weird looks at dressing gothic lolita. No... The worst thing that happened was that his father found out.

Aki was disowned, not only that but his beautiful dresses were burned and he ended up in the hospital from the beating following. Aki spent a large amount of time working to get enough money to get somewhere, anywhere else but Japan. He sung at bars and played the violin and guitar, not at the same time but alternating. Eventually, he had enough money but had nowhere to go so he looked at a job wanted list and found out about Black Springs. He came to Black Springs and then worked at the Bubble Bubble as a foster. Eventually, he was the one who inherited the store and he made sure the store was kept an important part of the community. At the same time, aki made sure he was known as a warm shop owner if a bit eccentric.

PERSONALITY:

Akio has a bit of an interesting personality. For one thing, a lot of what is associated with him does show him very well. For example, Akio having a fox as a familiar is very fitting because he is a bit of a trickster. He loves playing the female for as long as he possibly cat get away with it and surprising people with the fact he is male. Generally he likes being treated as a female better than as a male because he just feels he is treated nicer. He is very quick witted and is very fluent in English. He is very kind to people he likes and is also quite fond of children in an older guardian way. He usually wears long sleeves to hide the tribal tattoos and gloves to hide the scars on his hands but generally will take off his gloves for better contact with people's skin in order to shock them.

Oh, Akio has no qualms with shocking someone who is being too forward with their advances. He also is not the sort of person who would think it too low to stuff them in a garbage can without their clothing if they were particularly bad. But that is generally only with people he dislikes. He talks quietly, as though shy, but more to hide his deep voice. A lot of times he does things to act cute like use chan but sometimes he isn't just doing stuff to be cute. A lot of his mannerisms rubbed off on him from a lot of time spent acting female and not wanting to be caught. Not to say Akio can't switch out of it, just that in a female mindset in order to play the female, he is very convincing. You can tell his mood by how much static there is in the room and what Akio is wearing.

If Akio is wearing Gothic lolita female clothing, he is alright. If he is wearing gothic male clothing he is still alright but just playing around. If he is in lolita or normal dresses he is in a bit of a worse mood and trying to comfort himself. If he is completely in male mode without any make up, he is probably forced to be that way and will be more likely to shock. But other than that, Akio is good, nice to animals as well as people. Also loves music and is very fond of sweets to the point where he can be bribed with it.
