I think it would be cool to have someone play Phoebe. By now, she'd be about ten years old. PB is up to you, just make sure you tell me first and have her history match mine.

This doesn't have to be right now- we can wait for the site to pick up a bit more, but it'd be pretty cool in my opinion.
