So, if left to it on my own I'll procrastinate...plus I want opinions and all of us to work on this together!

Patient rules

First: Depending on initial psych evaluation...they'll need to attend therapy sessions anywhere from when they need it, weekly, monthly...depending
Second: Curfew? Nah...maybe...i'unno. Opinions?
Third: Listen to the Wardens and the Blakes
Fourth: Group therapy required once a month

Personal therapy should depend on class.

Class A
Only when their therapist thinks they need it or after patient freaks in public. If a patient feels they need therapy once a month.

Class B
Twice a month or so, and they must go.

Class C
Goodness gracious more often than 2 but no less.

Asylum Worthy:
Honestly? Every day

Curfew:
DUH! Clubs they have but the curfew must be 2 Am or something.
