So obviously the old info is confusing. I tried to reorganize it to look cleaner. ALL STAFFERS TELL ME WHAT YOU THINK
Species Name?! Vampires!
Life Expectancy?! Immortal, unless killed
Diet?! Blood. They can eat normal food but it gives them no sustenance
Diet Notes?! The younger the vampire, the more blood is required. As they get older they can go longer without it. But they always need it, even an old vampire can’t go more than three days without it before falling into bloodlust. They can't drink from a Death Angel or a Werecat. Why? Because the magic in their blood will kill the Vamp. Werecat and Death Angels aren't human in the slightest...it messes with the Vamps system. Witches, on the other hand, are free game. In fact, its better for them to take from a Witch, seeing as witch blood is stronger and for a short period after drinking Witch blood, they have the Witch's power. Until the Witch blood works out of their system at least.
How?! Vampires are made by other vampires! It takes blood exchange….and I do mean exchange. The human has to be on the verge of death for it to work. And only a Human or a witch can be changed over. Death Angels and Werecats just don’t survive the transformation. If the vamp isn’t careful, the person they’re trying to change could die considering the amount of blood it takes, so be careful! Also, as per the old myths, become a vamp and you stop aging so I hope you like how old you are when you change cause you're stuck with it.
Also, when Witches get turned into a Vampire, they do not keep their powers.
Hierarchy?! The vampires tend to form into covens. A master vampire heads this coven with a second in command and the rest form under this hierarchy, sort of like a court. The rank is usually determined by age and power.
Offspring?! The vampire often considers those they’ve brought over to being a vampire as their offspring. A young female vampire can become pregnant. However, there’s a catch. There's a 95% chance the fetus will be still born...and its usually best if they try right after their turned considering its seriously unlikely for this to happen. Biologically...most of the stuff in vamps are dead, like they can go without breathing for two hours.
Appearance?! A vampire appears, often, like a normal human being, though they are often paler from lack of sunlight. Their eyes do however turn red when they’ve fallen into bloodlust, or if they are sufficiently “hungry” Also, their fangs can retract and come into play at will, but like with the eyes, if they’re hungry it will simply make an appearance whether they want them to or not.
Myths?! Sunlight does kill! But no, crosses and churches are not a detriment. Garlic isn’t either. Ew, who thought up garlic? Anyway, in a private building, a vamp needs permission from the owner to enter (the only private buildings here are the Blake houses by the way). Vamps don’t need to sleep during the day, but once every 24 hours they are forced into a 10 hour sleep (they can chose when) and cannot wake up until the end of the10 hours so they should chose that 10 hours well.
Death?! How to kill vampires? How do you think? Beheading usually works. I mean, what can function without a head? That or a stake made of wood, nothing else will work, through the heart. Always twist too…you never know if the first stab burst the heart or not and trust me, better safe then sorry when it comes to an angry vamp. Other stakes can wound a vamp and make it easier to kill them otherwise, but unless it was once living like wood, it won’t cause them to die. Its usually best to just behead them.
Species Related Disease?! BloodLust disease
Disease Info?! In bloodlust they don’t actually recognize anything or anyone around them unless they’re super close when the vamp’s normal. A BloodLust vamp basically will lose it’s mind to the need for blood until it is sated.
Abilities?! Mesmer: the ability to cloud the mind of humans and witches, as well as weaker minded Werecats. Able to daze them. Increased Speed: Can flash forward in a blur if they’re full Immortality: Unless they’re killed of course
Weaknesses?! Bloodlust Disease Reliance on blood Forced 10 hour sleep
Timeline?! If the vamp is under 50 years old, sunlight can still kill them, as in burst into flame still kill them. Once they hit 50 it burns, causing rapid sunburns that quickly accelerate to 3rd degree burns. At 100 they barely feel it but can’t stay out for too long. Once they hit 200 though? Watch out because they can function in the sunlight just as well as a human…as long as they have sunglasses of course. Vamp’s eyes are meant for the dark…they can’t handle sunlight no matter how old they are. Bummer, right?

Species Name?! Witches!Life Expectancy?! Oldest recorded witch was 150 Diet?! Normal food! Often earth witches tend to be vegetarians, and often fire witches tend to eat more meat, but other than that, they have the same diet as a normal human Diet Notes?! N/A Hierarchy?! Witches work in covens, usually of 3 to 13 How?! Witch blood is wishy-washy in more than one way. Often, a witch is born of a witch, though this isn’t always true. For this, it must be made known that there are two very different types of witches. Psychonics, also called Teles, have the magic abilities that relate to the mind. Some Supernaturals see them as just gifted humans because both parents of a Tele could easily be human. But its hard to deny that they can cast spells too, they’re every bit a witch as their elemental cousins. In contrast, there are the Elementals. Elementals are born of at least one witch parent (though it can also in rare cases be gained from the grandparents). If they have two witch parents, often their gift is stronger. Elementals with two parents can also have two elements to their name as long as they are complementary. Offspring?! Witches are like any other human, can have a child with other witches or humans. See the pregnancy thread for a better explanation! Appearance?! The only way to tell a witch from a human would be the caster (wand to those of you that don’t know better) on them, or if their pets seem overly sentient. Tools of the Trade?! The first thing every witch gets after they hit puberty and gain their abilities is a caster. What’s a caster? Well it’s basically a wand. Only, its made out of copper, gold or silver. The best type is silver…though most around here are only allowed copper for safety reasons…unless they sneak it in of course. Some casters have precious gems set into them to make storing energy easy but it depends on what the witchy can afford. The complicated stuff is what requires a wand. Stuff like summoning a familiar or bonding to the familiar, raising the dead, summoning love or luck, casting on more then one person…that takes a caster. But the caster only amplifies natural ability. It won’t suddenly turn the witch into Super Witch if you get what I mean. The second is a familiar. A familiar takes the form of an animal and is not always the same gender as the witch that summons them. For more information on Familiars please see the thread on them! Myths?! Witches cannot cast spell after spell. Once they hit a certain point, after they’ve exhausted their power supply and that of their familiars, they’ll start pulling from their own life force which can and will kill them. They are not green and most don’t cackle as far as I know. Elemental witches can give birth to a Tele witch. And tele witches can give birth to humans as well as Teles (not elementals) Death?! How to kill a witch? Often the same way you kill a human! If you ignore that whole…can kill you with elements or their other abilities bit. Watch out, you don’t want to be on a witch’s bad side. Species Related Disease?! - Elementals: Prone to phobias
- Necromancers: Prone to depression
- Clairvoyants: Prone to mental breakdowns/becoming recluses
- Teles: Prone to things like Multiple personality disorder and Schizophrenia
Disease Info?! - Elementals: Often its as simple as, an ice witch is phobic of fire, or an air witch is claustrophobic. It relates to their element.
- Necromancers: They work with the dead. I think this is self explanatory
- Clairvoyants: When you can see the future or the past, it can take it’s toll.
- Teles: The ability can take it’s toll.
Abilities?! - Elementals:
Most born witches are Elemental Witches, making them the most common type. Elemental Witches are usually gifted with Fire, Water, Earth or Air. Sometimes, on rare occasions, they can use stuff less common, like Steam, Ice, Stone, Weather, Shadows…etc. Having one witch parent usually makes them a normal witch, which means they can only use one of the elements. But the Gifted, who have two witch parents, can use two…as long as they get along. Which basically means that no witch can have both fire and water…they’d tear the witch apart! Invoking an element is basically like taking the element into you, it can mess with you a bit. For instance, invoking Earth can make one feel grounded, Fire can make them angry, Ice can make them cool...etc. Get it?
- Necromancers:
If an Elemental Witch is born with powers over Spirit or Death, they become a Necromancer. I’m sure you all know what this means. Some can see ghosts, some can raise the dead, some can summon fear and the strong ones can control a weak minded vampire. It all depends on if they have Spirit or Death and how strong they innately are. Necromancers that are born of Death can raise the dead and summon fear…but they are also seriously sensitive to light. On the other hand, Necromancers born of Spirit can talk to ghosts and can control the vamps if they’re strong enough. It all depends. Necromancers are often shunned by the rest of the community because their ability to work with the dead can creep out others, making them mostly loners. Most don't mind that though...by nature many Necromancers are aloof and prefer working with ghosts and the dead to the living.
- Clairvoyants:
Clairvoyants are like prophets, they can see the future or the past. They often use reflective surfaces to See, seeing as that’s the best way to do it. How far back or forward they can see depends on the witch really. Some Clairvoyants can See through poetry…drawing…even touching the person they want to see a piece of. Another note about Clairvoyants? If they have two witch parents? They can also have a very weak elemental gift. And I do mean weak but hey! It happens from time to time, rare as hell sadly.
- Teles:
These guys have the magic abilities that relate to the mind. Some Supernaturals see them as just gifted humans because both parents of a Tele could easily be human. But its hard to deny that they can cast spells too, they’re every bit a witch as their elemental cousins. Tele’s can have stuff like telepathy, telekinetics, polymath, teleporters…you get the drill. Fun fact? Most powerful Tele’s have a habit of turning on or off a street lamp when they walk under them on accident! Also, Tele's only ever have one ability related to the mind. Like, a telepath can't also be telekinetic. It just doesn't happen. The guidelines for what ability a Tele can have are endless, just remember...its of the mind! Element witches are the physical ones, Teles are the mental ones. Weaknesses?! Limited Energy supply, not faster or stronger then a human, rely on a caster for bigger spells, how strong depends on the witch Timeline?! Once a witch hits puberty, their abilities start to show along with everything else that classifies them as an adult. So basically along with all those hormones and angst, they also have abilities. Someone’s sick idea of a joke obviously.

woot I'm glad ^_^
Species Name?! Werecats!
Life Expectancy?! Ages at half the rate of a human, so about 200
Diet?! Werecats prefer meat, obviously.
Diet Notes?! After changing, werecats tend to be ravenous and need to eat. Also the smell of blood or meat tends to make them hungry. A fed werecat is a happy werecat. On top of that, because of their ability to shift, werecats have faster metabolism and need to eat more often.
Hierarchy?! Werecats work in packs, with submissive and dominance going on. For more info check out the thread on this!
How?! These guys are born the way they are. Well, that’s not entirely true, but I’ll get back to that, hold your horses. The first shift happens when puberty starts and all the DNA starts going wacky, before then they’re pretty much like normal humans, a few quirks here or there, but nothing major.
But like I said, that’s not entirely true. One can get Infected. Nine times out of ten, the Infected die from the poison that changes the minority that survive. The Infected are usually violent, its kind of rare for them to regain brain capacity and those that do are usually easily triggered towards violence. Most Infected are put down by Born Cats. Poor dears, it isn’t like they chose it. But that’s why the Infected are massively outnumbered. Some Borns even think it’s a myth. Safe to say, the numbers are pretty even in here.
The Scar from getting infected never leaves or heals, its always there as a constant reminder hence why most hide their scar.
Offspring?! This is explained in greater detail in the pregnancy thread, but basically werecats can have children with other werecats and humans. Nine times out of ten, the child is the same type of feline as one of the parents. Also, the thing about werecat love? They tend to take mates. Like, seriously so. And its been said that you know if you find your mate. It's almost always another werecat but who knows really? Not all werecats find their mate though, its not all that necessary because they can be just as happy with another that they can love. But once they find their mate that's it, nothing else matters. And if that mate happens to die? Watch out...the cat tends to go a little crazy, as in mental. The mate is someone both them and their cat love, entirely and each werecat only has one mate. Ever. Plus, the mate is usually another werecat, but lately this isn't exactly true. It can be any species.
Appearance?! When they’re not furry, werecats look pretty normal. The only difference is that their eyes reflect back light like an actual cat and they can lift a car if they tried. Yeah, they’re kinda strong. This changes when they Shift of course, but that’s pretty obvious I think
The Shift?! trust me, the shift is painful shit. It feels like your on fire, but what would you expect from a process that takes you apart and puts you back together in a different form. It’s been said that you accept the pain though, and the shift goes faster. Oh! And I’d bring a change of clothes with you…you shift in your clothes and those suckers will get ripped…and you won’t come back as a human with them. Shifting seriously wipes out the werecat though. If you shift from human to cat and then back in less then an hour…you will pass out.
Dominance?! Trust me, personality doesn’t account into dominance. You could be a badass in personality, and then your cats the most submissive creature. There’s no way to tell by the person. Except by the way a submissive will bow their head to a dominant instinctively and no submissive will argue with a dominant. It just doesn't happen. Also, as a rule...most will stick to their breed of cat.
Myths?! Well, first off, they’re werecats not wolves. They don’t have to change with the full moon. However, they must change shape once a month. If they don’t it will be forced on them. Silver does hurt like fuck, and it does kill them, but that’ll be explained more in a moment. Also, they do have the typical quick temper of a shifter.
Death?! How to kill a werecat? With silver! They are violently allergic to silver. Put silver in a wound and it won’t heal, otherwise they heal like crazy fast.
Species Related Disease?! No mental disorders are specific to werecats.
Disease Info?! N/A
Abilities?! Obviously they can shift. Special note about their cat though? The cat is almost a seperate entity inside. Its the one with all the instincts and habits. And usually person and beast get along...though you never know, not everyone always does. But the beast is never a rational thinker in terms of man, they're a beast. And they have habits. Like the smell of blood can make them think prey and go a bit crazy. Those with less control...or those younger...tend to shift on accident when blood's in the air or when they get overly angry.
Werecats have seriously epic senses of smell. As in, they can smell when you tell a lie so be careful! But they aren't blood hounds...unless its a strong trail...they can't track a scent. They can also smell fear...hence why you get too afraid...and you'll trigger the beast in a werecat, and the less in control may shift. You don't want that. Trust me. Especially around here were there's no telling on control.
Weaknesses?! Time issue on the shifting Easy to anger, can be poisoned by silver, Hurts like fuck to change, birth rate is low, when angered its hard for them to control the shift.
Timeline?! Once a werecat hits puberty, their abilities start to show along with everything else that classifies them as an adult. So basically along with all those hormones and angst, they also have abilities. Someone’s sick idea of a joke obviously.

Species Name?! Death Angels!Life Expectancy?! Immortal Unless killed. Also, the death Angel Council considers any Death Angel under 150 years to be a child. Diet?! Normal diet, much the same as a human! Diet Notes?! N/A Hierarchy?! Death Angels are solitary. They’ll stick with those they love but that’s about it. They are led by a council of the oldest death angels at the time however who decide many of the major rules that govern the species. How?! Death angels are born the way that they are. There are no half breeds, Death Angels can only have kids with other Death Angels. Bummer, right? Any half breeds are experiments. They’re flawed like shit, and often go mad way more easily. On top of that…they often don’t survive, and if they do, they have an expiration date built in somewhere. However, there can be experiments. The Council tried to get rid of the madness that plagues them by combining their DNA with those of a humans, creating hybrids that are always lab babies and experiments. These are very unstable and very rare. Offspring?! This is explained in greater detail in the pregnancy thread, but basically, as said above, Death Angels can only have children with other death angels. Appearance?! Death Angels appear usually pretty normal. However, they do have giant black angel’s wings that they can unfurl from their shoulders at will, which is why most were shirts that allow them to do this. They can slide the wings under their skin however, don’t ask me where they go! Death Angel’s always wear black, if they try to wear any other colors their magic will automatically stain the cloth black. Also, mad death angels have black eyes. Death angels are also very light because they have bird bones to allow them to fly, as in hollow bones. Another note about appearances? Death Angels can also change their physical age, anywhere from 5 to their current age. But once they settle on a preferred age, they’ll stay that age. But you never know...a Death Angel could be 478 years old...and appear and act like an 8 year old. Its a weird world out there, people. The Tools of the Trade?! - The Scythe: The Scythe. Each Scythe is unique to the Death Angel, and can’t be stolen (trust me I tried on a dare once) because it’s part of their soul. They can call it back to themselves. They don’t carry it around with them either…considering they can manifest it out of thin air, I don’t think they need to.
- The Robe: A Death Angel’s robe is traditionally the big bad black robe you picture The Grim Reaper walking around in. But with a little bit of magic and effort, the Deathy can change it to anything they want. Handy, right? It takes skill to learn it though, and not all bother. They can take off the robe…and wear normal clothes, so most do.
- The Wings: As stated before, these appear to be giant black angel’s wings that they can slide under their skin. Anyway…they aren’t allowed to fly out of here, if they try they end up with their pin feathers cut and it takes three months for them to grow back. And that’s a big deal…considering all Deathies I’ve met love to fly.
Death?! How to kill a Death Angel? With their own scythe. When death angels die this way, it is always suicide which is caused by their madness which will be explained next! The other thing that can kill them? Gold. It poisons them slowly if left in their system, burns if it touches their skin, and the only way to kill them is by beheading them with a golden blade. Unless they off themselves with their Scythe. Species Related Disease?! Madness Disease Info?! Once Death Angels hit a certain age, and it varies depending on the Deathy, madness develops in them. If they’re allowed to be mad for too long…they go crazy. This is different to every death angel, just think of insanity and feral in the worst extent. They can be brought back to sanity if whatever triggered the madness leaves, or if a certain serum is injected into them. How that madness makes the Deathy act differs from Angel to Angel…but once its there, its always there. Some learn how to manage it…and some just don’t. I guess the reason they go mad is cause they have death inside them. It's what makes up their magic and its what's in their blood. No one can carry death in them and not go crazy if you ask me. How do you know if a death angel is mad? Usually they’ll have black shadows swirling in their eyes, which moves when they’re agitated and entirely mad usually. If they have black eyes it usually means they’re entirely mad, and not just bordering on it. The best way to deal with it besides the serum? Going younger, or deaging, usually helps. It effects younger death angels much less seriously Abilities?! Offensive Deathies can use their aura as a whip, and can wound with it or treat it like fire and burn those pissing them off. What's an aura? Simple...its their power. They can manifest their magic into a black mist that sits close to their skin. Its scary looking, trust me. And they can whip that out at people to wound them. Also, some Deathies have an extra ability that depends on the Deathy. Like, being telekinetic...or being able to wipe someones memory. Scary right? It's rare though. Their parents would have had to be strong and older too. Defensive Deathies can heal themselves and others (limitedly) as well as they can shield. They can also use their magic to look inside someone else and see what's wrong, or what magic the person has. There's a reason these guys are called "angels." Also, Defensive Deathies can see ghosts, even if most cannot hear them. They can see them well, and they can also see spirits. If it wasn't for the limitors that going mad provides...they'd be scary as shit. I, personally, don't mess with them. Weaknesses?! The bird bones mean its easy to break bones and they’re not that physically strong unless they train hard to be, The Madness, only being able to have kids with other Deathies, the Gold Poison Timeline?! All of these powers come with age! A Deathy doesn’t get their wings until they’re six, doesn’t get their robe til 8, and can’t summon their scythe until their 12. Full Breed Deathies don’t get their powers (defensive or offensive) Until their 12….and even then, it takes years and training for it to mature. The abilities they get is the abilities they get, they don’t get more with age they just learn how to control it better.
