Seph and I have been talking about this for a while. We have put it off because we know you, but we can’t keep doing that. I am going to work soon and will be gone for long hours, plus being exhausted from said work will keep me away from this place and Seph can’t always get on during the day. Which means we need to rely on the moderators, which we can’t do if this trend is any indication of that fact. I am sick of having to pester to get the jobs done, and the only ones on the site are Seph and I daily, that’s not something I’m happy about. We shouldn’t have to pester, and I shouldn’t have to do your jobs when they sit there for a long time. We don’t make people staff so they can have the title and the important characters, we do it so they can help the site.

Obviously, recently activity dropped. Seph and I want to kick it back up, which we will need an active set of moderators for. Which means we’re sticking you both on probation to see if you can actually help us get this activity up. We love this site, and don’t want it to die. This doesn’t mean we love either of you any less, it just means we’re putting the site on priority when it comes to staff. You’d still get Kitty and Addy, even if you lose the mod positions. Honestly, we just want you guys to help us run this place, which you’re not doing right now.

This isn't us loving either of you any less, you helped us set up this place after all, we just want you two to take a more active stance in running it. And at least logging on.

Just as a little side note (this Just Seph speaking) I know that you guys are used to Reesa being in a position of power and not me but I would appreciate it if you would treat me like I'm an admin too, I'm not trying to be power hungry or anything but Reesa and I did this together so I would like to to be treated as such, Love you both and meaning nothing by this, would just like to respected.

I have no excuses for what has happened. I've been lazy and I'm sorry. I shall be on more often, I promise. I will pull my weight around here. I have nothing better to do this summer besides work out and driving lessons so I can totally do my work I promise! I'll put timers and alarms on my iPod so I can remember to do my jobs, I'll double check every day if I have to.

In reality, my issue for the most part is finding muse and making it stick. Because all my characters have been really flaky in me lately, i've decided to try going back to the things I used to do even before I started RPing. To see if that might work to revive whatever died when all the bullshit started happening. I think it might be working... might... but what would work best of course, is plottage. If I had some sort of plottage here to be excited about, i'd probably have more muse. If we could plan something really epic for, say, the Blake sisters, it'd probably give me the fuel I need to finish Kitty's app. But since I don't have that, i'm stuck with re-reading my favourite book series. It's working, in a way... it revived muse for the character that most of my characters branched off from in one way or another. From there, i'm going to try and split apart my babies from each other and try completely rework how I got to the point i was at before it all died. I'm not sure if it's everything that happened in general that's effecting my characters here or just the fact that i have almost nothing going on for them currently, but... I don't know, I get my butt on here when I have the muse to post here, and I'd be on here more often if I knew there would be people in the cbox to keep company, but otherwise, the tab I keep this site up on ends up just more like a waste of space, especially when i end up pulling 12 or more tabs up and slowing down my internet that way. And then there's the fact of how much a muse-killer it is to have an app accidentally get deleted. That's a real muse-killer too.

As for what you said about not treating you like an admin, i don't know what you mean by that, Seph. I don't mean to treat you differently from Reesa, let alone treat anyone differently from anyone else. If it's a matter of asking questions, then I guess I ask whoever is online at the time? When I was asking questions, which was a little while ago, Reesa was the one online most of the time, so of course, I asked her. I think it was back when your internet was being a major bitch so you weren't online all that often? I don't know... my memory is weird and i get things jumbled up and mixed up all the time. Either way, I do see you as an admin, Seph, and I do respect you. There's just the small issue of the fact that mentally, i'm a mess lately, whether I decide to tell you people about it or pretend i'm perfectly alright cuz I worry people think i'm being a whiny little bitch who needs to shut up.

.... I feel like i'm just making excuses, which isn't good enough. But i can't think of anything constructive to mention, so i'm just going to stop typing now and click post reply

I would like to note quickly, cause I only have two minutes left, that this whole...you nkow, testing period? is still in effect. And currently, I'm not impressed. I'm away and Seph can't always be on. Please don't let me down.
