Iris was standing inside of an office. Her office. She shook her head, she couldn't believe that this office was actually hers. Not that she wanted an office. She never had, she had never even wanted this job but Seth had made her take it. She sighed a bit. She had decided to come in today and set everything and yell at Seth for making her do this in the first place, but first. The Set up. Iris and Seth's office's were right next to each other and since she didn't hear him in there she presumed it wasn't. So she had to let the decorating begin.
She walked in further, her high heeled boots making no noise on the plush carpet that was the color of a purple like red. It wasn't exactly pretty but it wasn't exactly ugly either. She turned and closed the door before walking in further again as she held a box and put it on the desk and pulled off her leather jacket and draping it on the leather swivel chair that was behind the desk. Iris almost sat in it but she wanted to look around a bit more.
She crossed the room over to the book case which had a lot of books about vampires about the covens and about how a lot of them work. Iris would probably peruse them for her own gain later. Knowing how to work the other covens would be really handy when it came to wanting to know how to kill all of them. She shook her head as she ran her fingers over the binding of one of the books, then she turned pulled up her black jeans and pulled down her black corset covered in roses and crossed back over to the desk. She pulled out a container full of pens and placed it on the desk, then she pulled out a little journal and stuck in the one of a the drawers of the mahogany desk and locked it with the key that she now wore around her neck.
There wasn't much else in the box, some legal pads which she just put out on the desk and laptop she bought recently just to see if she could stay consisting with the ever changing times. She hadn't even set the damn thing up yet but she could probably get Serenity to do it for her, she would ask Seth but he would probably do something stupid like set her password as his name or something just to piss her off knowing that there was no way that Iris would actually be able to know how to fix it. He was a jack ass that way. The thought made her smile a bit as she took the the last thing out of the box.
Her two ivory stakes on velvet that were to be mounted on the wall. Iris took off her boots and grabbed the leather swivel chair over to the wall stood up on it and then banged a nail into two parts of the wall without a hammer. A vampires Strength could be completely phenomenal sometimes. She smiled and mounted the stakes up there as a symbol. A symbol of what she did now, not that anyone really knew that or anything.
She wasn't broadcasting it. The only person she had told was Serrie, and that was because she was her best friend. She shook her head and then stepped down from the chair and put the chair back by the table, then she heard the door slam next to her office and Iris grinned a bit and then left her office and and knocked on Seth's door figuring it had been him who had gone in there
"You suck!! Just so you know!!"she grinned and went back to her office and closed the door behind her just because she felt like pushing his buttons for making her do this. She never wanted this and now he was never going to hear the end of it which sounded like pretty much a fair trade to her.
