It was rare for Ria to pout. Usually the slightly insane Dream Walking witch was happy go lucky with a smile on her face that could brighten a new moon night. It was just the way that she was, Ria could never manage to be upset or hurt for too long before bouncing back into being a giggling nut. It drove people up a wall but that wasn’t Ria’s issue! Nope, not her fault at all! She collapsed into giggles, further proof that the girl could never keep a straight face for too long. She liked to be happy! Unlike her gloom and doom brother. Or maybe it was just the sarcasm. Whatever. She broke into another peal of giggles as she adjusted her giant lime green headphones so that way her rainbow colored hair flopped down mostly over them and got out of her way because the other way around was just exhausting. She was supposed to meet Zay today. Usually she didn’t bother to meet with her brother, Tall Dark and Gloomy, but today they were going to Dream walk and Ria couldn’t wait! She liked dream walking with her brother and never did it without him. He was like her…partner. In there anyway. Her three hounds, her three familiars really seeing as the one she had had when she was little had split into three, they were technically one and the same. But anyway, they were tiny and following at their zany master’s heels as she skipped along. She was heading to Haven. Why? Because even though Ria and Xavier’s magic wasn’t wild and wouldn’t get out of hand, they tended to leave their bodies behind. And leaving those unattended in a place where there were crazies was a really bad idea. At least in Haven, there were people who could watch out and make sure nothing happened to them while they were gone. That was the plan anyway. She got there though and her brother wasn’t there! How not fair. She pouted a bit. She was never the early one, usually he was there before she was! He was almost always there before Ria was, that was just the way that the dynamics between the twins went, Ria was the irresponsible one, and Xavier was just snarky. It was amusing, but their parents never encouraged them to be anything other than themselves! She settled herself down at Haven, and found a quiet corner where no one would bug her but her twin. Dele, the husky out of her three pups, settled down into her lap while Fere, the German Shepard, and Geme her Doberman settled on either side of her happily. They were all still pups, so tiny, and she was very protective of all three, but they were equally as protective of her. They’d all sit around her and keep an eye on her body as she walked the other world, and she trusted them to do that. She tugged her sweatshirt, with the amazing Gir on it, closer around her shoulders, and closed her eyes, slipping into the proper meditative state. It was the only time Ria was ever really calm. She had to be or she couldn’t slip from her own body. She couldn’t even describe how it felt to leave her body and travel above and beyond it. To another realm, because that’s what it truly was, another realm. She wanted to walk the fields today, the place where no dreams actively took place just the place where dreams were born and those that could, like Ria and her twin, could create and twist the world around them as much as they chose. She found herself moments later standing just there. She appeared in a simple white dress as always and scowled at it. Dreamwalkers were supposed to be guides, all ethereal and calm. Ria couldn’t pull that off. Instead, she shifted it to what she had been wearing in the real world. Tight skinny jeans, a blue tank with a bird on it, blue plaid converse and her sweatshirt. She grinned, glad of how fast she could shift the dream world to suit her and pushed her rainbow bangs out of her face. Now she just had to sit and wait for her twin. And not go to her left. She shivered, looking over that way. That was where the Nightmare gate was. They weren’t supposed to mess with that, the nightmares could twist a walker too far. No, she’d stay here, and dance while she waited! Words: 777 exactly haha Muse: There Outfit: HERE!

Xavier or Zay, was late. Which wasn't very normal for him he knew but it didn't exactly bother him today either. He just wasn't in the mood to rush so that he could be on time today. He just wanted to go meet his sister like he was supposed to and try to relax.
He had been thinking about ways for them to get out of this crazy place. Sure his sister was tad nuts but it wasn't nuts enough for his place. He shook his head, running a hand through his long dark hair and then walking his feet crunching the snow as he made his way over to Haven.
He was going there so he and his sister could Dream walk. Xavier actually really liked dream walking, despite what trouble it had gotten him into in the past. He sighed. He was not going to think about that right now. He wasn't. He wasn't going to allow himself too.
He kept walking and watched as his breath came out like smoke tendrils from a dragons nose, for some reason this amused him. He didn't know why, nor did he really care for that matter.
He sighed thinking of How Ria was probably waiting for him bouncing like the little girl she was. In her mind that is. They were twins so they were the same age. In her head though, she was definitely like that of a child. He shrugged, she was probably just sitting there with her puppies and waiting for him wondering why he was late.
He didn't have an excuse, his brown eyes were dull not amused. He was some what excited to Dream walk, it would make him calmer of course but he didn't want to be calmer. He wanted to figure out a way out of here. He stepped onto Haven and he saw his sister in a corner and he smirked.
Obviously she had thought it would be a good idea to just not wait for him. He was not surprised about this though. She did this all the time when they were supposed to go together. He would be completely on time and she would just launch right in without him, not that he really minded though. So What ever.
He sat down next to her with a roll of his eyes and almost wanted to shove her over. He knew that would be a bad idea though so he just sat next to her Cris crossing his legs and tugging on his black jeans so that he could be more comfortable. Then he closed his eyes.
Meditation was fairly easy for Xavier so when he sat there concentrating he slipped into the proper state for this kind of thing with ease.
When Xavier arrived there Xavier rubbed his eyes just out of habit and looked around to see his sister waiting for him. HE grinned feeling mostly at ease her, Avoiding looking at the gates to The nightmares. He was in some sort of Robe and he shook his head shifting right back into his black jeans and black shirt and black vest...He liked black in case no one had noticed.
He walked over to her and smiled at her and spoke "Came here without me huh?"he said with a little bit of a grin. He was excited he admitted but that was about as far it goes. He smiled and waited for his nutso sister to respond to him. Which could be awhile knowing her.

Ria looooved the dream world! How could she not? She had practically grown up here! It was where she felt the most at home, like she was only whole when she was here. It was mostly true too, most dream walkers at least felt more like they had all their pieces when they were here. Being that their mother was born here, it could have something to do with that when it came to Ria, but who knew? Ria was more than a little bit of a nut after all. She couldn’t help it, she was happy and she was hyper almost all of the time.
She giggled as she bounced on her toes once and then twice and then decided she didn’t like gravity. She laughed as she floated, twisting and flipping and being just all types of insane because that was how Ria was, she didn’t have a serious bone in her body! Not like her twin brother, he was the serious one, always thinking and worrying and being sarcastic…and blah blah blah because Ria didn’t care enough to think about it! He had been the one who had been late like a baaaad partner and left her to dive into the dream world all on her own like she wasn’t supposed to. She was supposed to wait for her partner.
It was his own fault! She decided she would stick to that decision, even if he said other wise or had a very good reason for not being there with her. Did it matter? No, he had left her either way and it was enough to make a pout form on her full lips as she thought about this. She didn’t like this! She didn’t like being left on her own. She didn’t like “Walking” without her brother.
As soon as she thought the serious thoughts though they were gone. Such was the way with Ria, especially when she was here. Her bad thoughts, or her serious ones, they would last no more than a minute or two before she actually forgot what she was supposed to be pouting about. Like right now. She knew it had to do with her brother, but for the life of her she couldn’t imagine why she’d be more upset at him than the usual reason of him not being like her, being too much of a stick in the mud and all that. Huh, that was weird. Anyway, she made a few clouds and imagined they’d taste like cotton candy and suddenly there they were. Light pink and blue clouds the same colors as the streaks in her hair appeared.
And that was how her brother found her, not that she had paying that much attention to his entrance. She was too busy laying on her back on the pretty clouds, pulling pieces from them and popping them in her mouth because they did indeed taste like cotton candy and this fact amused the crazy witch to no end. She kept giggling as she popped the pieces into her mouth. It wasn’t until her brother appeared and spoke to her that she noticed that he was actually there with her. She giggled a bit. ”You were late Zay-Zay!” she accused, matching his accusation with one of her own. She grinned back wickedly at him, happy he was here. She loved being in the dream world, but she always felt better being here with her twin.
They couldn’t stand to be around each other in the real world without spitting and fighting with each other, put them in the dream world and they were always together. Go figure.
She patted the cloud next to her with another of her famous Ria giggles that never seemed to stop bursting from her full lips, her dark blue eyes were beyond amused as she popped another piece of blue cloud into her mouth, subtley changing her lip color until they were fully blue to match the cloud. She liked doing silly things like that, it was amusing to the nutty child. ”Come sit with me!” she demanded with another laugh.

Xavier decided that he actually was really excited to go dream walking with his sister. He hadn't done it in awhile not since they had got here that is. All he had done since he got here was try and figure a way out. How could he not try?
This place was for the crazy, he was not crazy and neither was his sister. They didn't belong here, Well...Ria...She was a little crazy, but that mostly Xavier's fault. He sighed a bit trying very hard to not think about it. He just wanted things to be normal. He doubted they ever would be again though.
He was grinning as he now stood there in the Dream World, looking around and taking it in, he felt great here. He felt at peace here, he felt like he could just sit here and stay here forever. Not that he was going to do that though. He couldn't stay here and neither could his sister, they would have to go back to their bodies eventually but they had just got here so they had plenty of time to do what ever it was they wished for awhile. Which just made him grin.
He had jokingly spoke to his sister about coming here before him and She had said to him that he was late, he shrugged a bit as he moved towards her with a smile. He knew that he was late. He just hadn't been on time, he knew that it was unlike him but that didn't mean that he could never ever be late.
"I Know I know I'm late. Gonna be mad at me now?"he joked teasingly. He kept walking towards her and he looked around as he did as well. He breathed in the air of this place just because he could and he felt his shoulders relax. He smiled widely. He liked being able to relax, he wasn't sure why he had been so opposed to it only moments before. Before he had entered the Dream world that is.
She spoke again giggling in that way she did and asked him to come sit with her on a cloud that was next to her and he grinned running a bit and jumped right on the cloud, feeling it form beneath him. He loved this.
This was where he and his sister got along. They never really got along much when they were outside in the real world but here, they had fun together. Here, Xavier and Arianna were just them, them against the world. Well not quite that far but you got the picture. He thought with a bit of a grin and then looked at her waiting to see if she was going to say something to him or not.
"So what did you want to do today?Other than making fun of me for being late"he said and then ruffled her hair a bit. He started spinning himself around on the cloud and zoomed a bit away from her while still on it. The sky was the limit here, they could anything that they wanted. It was freeing empowering...and addicting.
He smiled at her and zoomed a bit away again as he looked at her waiting to see what she was going to do. Maybe they could race around a bit. Anything to just have fun. 'Come get me"he grinned sardonically at her because he didn't think she could. Then again, this was the dream world, he could be wrong.

Ria was happily laying on her stomach on one of her pretty pretty cotton candy clouds. She giggled a bit, popping another piece of the blue cloud she laid on into her mouth, loving the way it dissolved on her tongue like real cotton candy would. Before her eyes the cloud reformed like she had never taken a chunk from it but that was because that was what Ria wanted it to do. She wanted it and it happened, she loved that about this place. It responded to her every whim, because she was a dream walker. A rare, very rare, breed of witch but they occurred and Ria was never happier than she was in the dream world. Not that she wasn’t always happy. But she was happier where she was right now, in the land of dreams where everything she thought would happen before her eyes. Of course she was always happy, she couldn’t picture not being happy!
Though she was a little upset that she was in the dream world without her brother. Though, she thought this and he appeared! The thought made her start grinning happily all over again. Was he like everything else here? No, not really, she knew that. She knew it was just a coincidence that it had happened that way but the thought of it had still amused her enough to start grinning happily, not that that was all that uncommon but still, she had the oddest thoughts sometimes and she was used to them just popping up. It was easily for the rainbow haired nut to amuse herself without having to think too hard on it. It was why Ria never thought about leaving this place, she was too busy being ever so amused with herself.
He replied to her accusing him of being late asking if she would be mad at him now. She stuck her tongue out at him, the pink appearing now with her currently light blue lips around it. It was an amusing image in her head. She had amused herself turning her lips blue and now she was also turning her nails the same baby blue as she thought about it. All blue today. She liked blue. She shook her head at his question with a laugh. ”I don’t get mad, Tall Dark and Gloomy” she teased with a grin. It was true though. Ria found herself getting angry for…oh about a half hour tops before she totally forgot she was supposed to be mad and was happily chattering away. She wasn’t sure why that was, but it happened all the time. Didn’t bother her, she liked being happy!
She watched him respond to her comment that he should come up here with her by running and jumping up on the cloud next to her. He grinned at her and she grinned right back. Teasing aside, they got along here so well. It had pleased their parents of course. In the real world they cared about each other, of course they did. They were twins after all. But they also fought a lot because they were different. But here, they enhanced each other, worked so well together, there was something about their shared ability that meant they got along so amazing here. That along with the fact that they had been raised being taught that they should only dream walk with the other for a partner, it had enforced how well they got along here.
He ruffled her hair and he shoved his hand off, rearranging the hair do that looked more like her usual hap-hazard scene look but it took her a while to do! ”Don’t do that!” she said with a laugh, ruffling his hair in retaliation. He had asked what she wanted to do and she shrugged, grinning. ”Explore? Play? Run around in circles chasing our tails?” she asked, laughter in her voice. The dream world was slowly steadying her over active hyperness, making her happy but not…overly bubbly like she was in the real world. It was slow and she’d still be a nut, but she was more calm than she would ever be in the waking world. It wasn’t something Ria actually noticed happening.
She also knew very well that Ria and Zay did not have tails. Not like they couldn’t if they didn’t imagine them.
He zoomed away a bit and she tilted her head at him. And then he said she should go get him but the way he said it! He didn’t think she could catch him! She pouted, one full baby blue lip jutting out before she stuck her tongue out at him again. Just cause he was a little bit older he thought he was better! She’d show him! She grinned and chased after him on her baby blue cloud. She’d catch him! She knew she would.

Xavier was pretty sure that he was the happiest when he was here in the dream world with his sister, where they could forget everything about the outside world for just a little while and just have fun together and that was why he looked forward to this every single time that they did it. This is why he was normally on time when it came to something like this. They got along here where they didn't out in the real world.
Mostly that was because here Xavier was a lot less, to quote Ria's nickname for him. "Tall Dark and Gloomy" he laughed a little at that because where it normally annoyed him, in here he could laugh. He could laugh at just about everything when he was here in the world of dreams. He loved everything about this place but mostly what he loved was it's sense of freedom, like he could do anything here. As long as he stayed away from the nightmares...which he tried to do most of the time anyway.
He had asked her if she was going to be mad at him and she said she didn't get mad and called him by his nickname again. He rolled his eyes a little but he was grinning at her, See? This was what he meant, if they had been out in the normal world where everything just seemed to weigh down on them then he would have reacted in a way different way and that would not have been good for either of them. He preferred things when they were this way, when they could be the twins that they were born to be.
He had been on his own cloud when he had ruffled her hair and asked her what they were going to do today. Clouds felt like the best pillows you would ever get your hands on and he almost snuggled up in his and feel asleep but he doubted that she would appreciate that since they would be running and playing together as if they were five years old today. Sleep was no where in the itinerary. He grinned as she suggested they chase their tails.
They could totally do that if they wanted to do that, the question was simple. What did they want to do and how were they going to do it.
Before Xavier could ponder any more on that question he zoomed off on a cloud telling her to come get him and he laughed as she chased him and he felt the wind rushing as the cloud zoomed in what ever direction he told it too, just when they were getting to a hill, Xavier jumped off the cloud and onto the ground and rolled down the hill all the way to the bottom. He didn't know why but he had just felt like doing something positively insane. That had been insane.
He picked up two sticks off the floor and turned one into a sword and then threw the other stick at Ria. He wanted to play, he wanted to play so badly and this was something that every little boy in the world loved. They loved sword fighting, he grinned as he examined how perfect the blade was. It was perfect because he had imagined it to be perfect and it was as simple as that, what ever he imagined it would be right there in his hands and he would be able to do what ever he wanted with it and every time that he thought about it he ended up feeling more and more empowered.
He grinned and looked at Ria, as he imagined he was holding a shield and in the next second he had one. This would be fun no this would be more than fun, this was going to be completely and utterly perfect.
"En garde perky sister or prepare to meet my gloomy wrath!" he said in a fake gloomy voice even though he was positively cracking up on the inside, the more he was in the place the happier he felt and for the millionth time he wished that he could stay here for ever. That was the thing about dreams though, eventually. You gotta wake up. Words: 721 Muse: goood Notes: Totally stole that last line from Avatar lol

Ria was happily on her pretty pretty light blue cloud that tasted like yummy yummy cotton candy that she couldn’t get enough of. She adored the stuff, and the best aprt? Here it couldn’t make her sick if she ate too much of it! She could eat as much as she liked and get as hyper as she liked and no one would spaz out at her, no one but Zay-Zay and he didn’t spaz out here. No, here they got along so well! It was amazing, she loved being here with her brother, and having their fun. Here they could escape the real world and this town and everything else and just be happy.
Here they could control everything that happened with just a twitch of the mind and a bit of imagination. It was easy, they had been doing it for as long as Ria could remember. Even as kids. Unlike normal witches, dream walkers were born able to do what they could do and it was an inherited skill. It made them special. It made them different and Ria loved it, evne if she didn’t know that the dream world was the cause for why they were the way they were, why they were entirely opposite, literally.
Here that wasn’t true, here she could feel her indeterrable happiness settling and making her calmer, more normal. Here all those affects didn’t hit her as hard as it did in the normal world where it hit her hard all the time, this craziness. It hit her so hard she wanted to scream sometimes but she couldn’t. Why? Because Ria couldn’t get mad…and usually she just didn’t think about it at all. She just kept on bouncing through. Just kept giggling and being happy and hyper like nothing mattered. She just stayed here, why? Because her brother was here. That was all she needed.
But then said brother had raced off, leaving her in the dust. And she had raced off after him, laughing all the way. Because she was happy to race and play and be a child here, why wouldn’t she be? She wanted to go wild and crazy! She laughed and whooped as she chased him, holding on tight to her cloud and flipping over forwards as she did, laughing at the rush it gave her not to have to hold back anything, just to be insane…
And then he hopped off and rolled down the hill, and Ria happily followed suit, even if she had to pick a stick out of her rainbow colored hair after that, shaking the bangs out of her impossibly dark blue eyes that she had inherited from their mother. Looked like their mother, acted more like their father. It was funny in a way that had her giggling all over again just at the thought of it. Silly. And then there was Zay who was the opposite.
She loved it.
She caught the stick when Zay tossed it her way and shot him an almost comical looking confused look. Why did he throw a stick at her? But then he changed his into a sword and a wide grin flew on to her face. She twirled the stick, and broke it, turning her own into two more agile swords than her brothers, not nervous either when he made himself a shield. It was almost metaphorical their weapon choice. Two swords for Ria but a shield as well for Zay, it entirely was symbolic of the two of them. Ria didn’t bother with a shield, because she was the type to charge full speed ahead and never look back, never think about the consequences until they happened. Never worry about a thing because she would rather live than worry! It was her way. On the other hand, Zay had a shield. Which fit him in her eyes.
What he said though…she almost fell over laughing. Like, literally almost fell over, as it was she was doubled over until she managed to get ahold of herself long enough to grin at him and retaliate. ”Prepare to meet thy doom, gloomy one. My light will defeat youuuu” she said, practically bouncing. That was the thing about being here, it didn’t matter how childish you were, it was okay. No one would show up to tell you no.
It was the ultimate playground.
And with that she charged at her brother, not worried about wounding him. They could fix it if it happened. All that mattered was the play.

The more time that he spent here in this dream world where he felt like he was home. He felt like his gloom and doom could lift and he was dreading leaving and having his doom and gloom feelings coming over him like a robe snapping on his back on his shoulders, like a weight that he would never be able to get rid of...
He shook off the sad thoughts as he thought about all the fun he had been having, how he had Ria chasing him and how he had hopped off the cloud just to roll down the hill by tree. It was just so much fun, it made him wonder why people actually ever woke up in the morning. Then he remembered that not everyone had the gift that he had and his sister had. Though if they did...he was pretty sure that if they did have the gifts they did they would come to the same conclusions that he had.
The dream world was better. The dream world was where Xavier felt like he was the most free and the happiest and he wished right there in that moment that everyone could experience what it was like to be here as long as they stayed away from where all the nightmares were. He didn't like it there...it made him feel weird.
Ria had joined him coming off the cloud and coming down the hill behind him and it made him grin when he made himself a sword and shield and told her too fight him. He knew that she would play along she was always so playful even out of here when he was less playful. He shrugged it off because the beauty of it was the fact that here none of that mattered. Here things were just about fun.
She laughed and said she would defeat him with her light and he laughed loudly before she charged him and he made a little eepy noise and imagined himself a horse and the next thing he knew he was on top of the horse and laughing as his sister missed him and then he started galloping off into a forest waiting to see if she would follow him.
He didn't think that in real life he had ever been on a horse and it made him frown as he once again thought of all the things tat he could do here and all the things that he couldn't do out in the weird world...He sighed and got off the horse patting it on the head.
He screamed loudly for his sister "Come On Ria!! Come and get me now! Your light can not defeat me if you are no where near me!"he grinned a bit trying to dismiss all the bad thoughts from his brain and keep it happy. That was what he needed to be, happy because if he wasn't happy here there was no where for him to be happy
